DAN EGDELL

Dan is a composer, sound designer and artistic producer working across broadcast, brand and live performance. Recent work includes Artistic Producer for the Hallé Orchestra at the 2026 Brit Awards, sound design for the NBA 2025 logo, and commissions for Red Bull and Netflix.

Alongside his commercial practice, Dan works in contemporary music and large-scale event production. As Artistic Producer for the Hallé Orchestra, he commissions new work, produces live performances, and collaborates with orchestras and artists including Anna Meredith and Jonny Greenwood.

In 2024, Dan founded the international event series Self, presenting experimental performance work across Europe. As creative director, he produces interdisciplinary shows and new commissions, including the world premiere of Seychells by Tzini in Manchester (2025).
